1.發(fā)電機控制箱(屏)是同步發(fā)電機組的配套設(shè)備,主要是控制發(fā)電機送電及調(diào)壓。小容量發(fā)電機的控制箱一般（經(jīng)減震器）直接安裝在機組上，大容量發(fā)電機的控制屏，則固定在機房的地面上，或安裝在與機組隔離的控制室內(nèi)。

8.3.7 Installation of Electrical System

1. Generator control cabinet and panel are auxiliary devices synchronous to the generator set, mainly used to control electricity distribution and voltage adjustment. Generally, control box of small capacity generator would be installed directly onto the generator set. For large capacity generator set, the control panel would be fixed on the workshop ground, or in a control room separated from the generator set.

開關(guān)箱（屏）或勵磁箱:各生產(chǎn)廠家的開關(guān)箱（屏）種類較多，型號不一，一般500kW以下的機組有柴油發(fā)電機組相應(yīng)的配套控制箱（屏），500kW以上機組，可向機組廠家提出控制屏的特殊訂貨要求。

Switch box (panel) or magnetic excitation box: There are many different switch boxes (panels) from different manufacturers with different types. In general, if the diesel generator set is under 500kW, matched control box (panel) would be supplied with the generator set; if it is over 500kW, clients can make special order for control panels.

 

2.成套配電柜箱的安裝應(yīng)按本規(guī)程第６章，成套配電柜，控制柜（屏，臺）和動力；照明配電箱（盤）安裝的有關(guān)條款執(zhí)行。

2. Installation techniques of complete set of distribution box should observe chapter 6 of this regulation and relevant specifications of packaged electricity distribution cabinet, control cabinet (panel, desk), power, and lighting electricity distribution box (board), etc.

 

3.發(fā)電機組接線:
(1）發(fā)電機及控制箱接線應(yīng)正確可靠。饋電出線兩端的相序必須與電源原供電系統(tǒng)的相序一致。
(2）發(fā)電機隨機的配電柜和控制柜接線應(yīng)正確無誤，所有緊固件應(yīng)緊固牢固，無遺漏脫落。開關(guān)，保護裝置的型號，規(guī)格必須符合設(shè)計要求。

3. Wire connection of the generator set

(1) The wiring of the generator and control box should be correct and reliable. The phase sequence of both sides of outgoing feeders should be identical to those of the power supply system.

(2) The wiring of the power distribution cabinet and control cabinet supplied with the generator should be correct, and all fastening parts should be firm enough, free of any omission or detachment. The specifications and types of switches and protective devices should conform to design requirements.

 

4.安裝地線:
(1）發(fā)電機中性線（工作零線）應(yīng)與接地母線引出線直接連接，螺栓防松裝置齊全，有接地標識。
(2) 發(fā)電機本體和機械部分的可接近導(dǎo)體均應(yīng)保護接地（PE）或接零線（PEN），且有標識。
(3）發(fā)電機組的接地裝置，應(yīng)按設(shè)計要求施工，作法按本標準24章，接地裝置安裝有關(guān)條款執(zhí)行。

4. Ground Wire Installation

(1) The neutral wire of the generator (work zero line) should be directly connected to the leading-out line of the grounded bus bar. The bolt counter loosing devices should be complete and equipped with grounding label.

(2) The accessible conductors of generator and mechanical section should all equipped with protected earth wire (PE) or neutral and protected earth wire (PEN), along with clear label.
